My Qualifications

I am fully trained in Reflexology and also insured as a practitioner. 

I studied at The Devon Academy, graduating with a merit in ITEC Level 3 Diploma in Reflexology. 

I am a Member of the Association of Reflexologists (the UK's Professional Body for Reflexology). 

Hello I'm Claire Chalk and I am the Founder of Exeter Reflexology. 

After working for a bank for 17 years I made the decision to retrain as a reflexologist. I studied at The Devon Academy, graduating with a merit in ITEC Level 3 Diploma in Reflexology and have now been qualified as a Reflexologist for over 10 years.

I have always been interested in complementary health and looking at the body from an holistic approach.   I had also received reflexology in the past whilst trying for a family and strongly believe it played a part in my ability to conceive. 

I am now running Exeter Reflexology and I am proud to have the loyalty of my wonderful clients. I am rewarded by helping them to  feel better and stay well.

I treat each client as an individual and adapt each treatment to relate to their specific needs. I treat a wide variety of health issues ranging from stress and anxiety to back pain and digestive issues.

Many clients have regular treatments in order to maintain a balance and homeostasis within the body thus helping to prevent any further health issues. I am also trained in Precision Reflexology which is a light touch technique that can access your subtle energy by 'linking' two or more reflex points simultaneously.
